Marchal: Restaurant of the Year The exclusive guide to Danish restaurants, Den Danske Spiseguide, named Marchal Restaurant of the Year for 2014 when representatives from the gastronomic elite attended a gala dinner at Hotel Frederiksminde on the island of Præstø on 26th October.
In his commentary, Bent Christensen, editor of Den Danske Spiseguide, said about Marchal:
- It is the obvious enthusiasm and the combination of cuisine, wine list, atmosphere and service. Nothing has been overlooked. Copenhagen now has a world-class hotel restaurant.
Marchal was proud to be selected from among other outstanding nominees such as AOC, Studio and Noma.
